This project is for a 263 bed 5 star hotel located within a new building and a retained grade 2* Victorian facade of the former Free Trade Hall. The historic structure accommodates the reception, fine dining restaurant, winter garden bedrooms, meeting and function rooms. The hotel rooms are located within a 15 storey contemporary building that is connected to the listed structure by a dramatic lightweight triangular atrium.
