Sevendale House, a former Edwardian Grade ll listed warehouse, has been fully refurbished into Grade A office accommodation. Retaining existing fabric detailing, juxtaposing with contemporary intervention to dramatic effect, has created flexible floor space either occupied as one floor, or subdivided to suit market needs. The focal point of the scheme is the reinstatement of the central glazed light well, new panoramic glazed lifts and a contemporary stair to meet the decorative existing feature stair. The main entrance reception from Dale Street has also be reintroduced.
