house 1236

Located on a tight suburban plot in Leigh, the proposal aims to engage politely with the neighbouring properties with a modest composition of two interworking forms.

The principle rooms of the house are orientated towards the quiet south facing garden, where the living spaces visually connect to the reflection pool and summer pavilion beyond.
The rear elevation is a complex composition of folding planes and picture windows that capitalised on vistas to give the illusion of space from within.
