from the south and west
exit the mancunian way (A57) onto Chester Road (A56)
before the bridge water viaduct (at the second right turn) turn right onto Deansgate (minor road).
turn right at little peter street and sharp right again onto commercial street.

from the north and east
continue straight down great ancoats street and into the mancunian way (A57)
exit the mancunian way onto Chester Road (A56) & follow the directions above.
