The project involved the renovation of the former Daily Express printing hall into a Media Village, which accommodates cost effective flexible media space, conference suites, meeting rooms, cyber café, receptions and a video conferencing suite. These spaces are organised around a communal atrium that allows daylight to penetrate the deep floor plans. 

It is believed that the next generation of office will be much more than a place of work. In anticipation of this, live/work units have been incorporated on the upper two floors, thereby creating a building of ultimate flexibility that can cater for the needs of the 21st Century.
