The proposals involve the renovation and extension of the existing ‘Ice Plant’ buildings, accommodating 82 residential, 5 self contained retail units, and internal car parking for 78 cars.

The scheme comprises the re-use of Nos 29-31 Blossom Street, the construction of new floors behind the retained façade of 33 Blossom Street, a 7 storey new block along Blossom Street, a 5 storey new block along Loom Street, and a 9 storey block on Sherratt Street. The existing Blossom Street façades will be extended by adding a two storey box at the existing parapet level.
