The practice offices were in the podium of this 1960s building between 1988 and 1994.

The strategy was to stripped out internally, expose the rough concrete coffers and install an edge ceiling bulkhead to the space which acted as a major services route feeding out to a purpose designed floating carrier of wires and lights.

We used ourselves as guinea pigs with this system, as well as the purpose designed furniture, reception, administration screening and choice of materials. A non-descriptive low grade office was transformed into a series of exciting spaces with the required services provision - all on a necessarily low budget.
