The Restaurant occupies the lower levels of an existing building on a prominent corner site in the heart of Manchester. The layout of the restaurant accentuates the linearity of the existing space with a glass entrance canopy which continues to the back of the internal space over a full length bar.

The transition to the first floor restaurant is encouraged by a dramatic stair suspended on stainless steel cables and floating above a reflecting pool and waterfall. A new extension at first floor level announces the restaurant with full height frameless glazing under a folded plane of patternated copper which cantilevers over the street.
